To mark National Diabetes Awareness Month and World Diabetes Day, November 14, 2018, we are giving away 40 DVDs of SWEET DREAMS FOR CHIYO, a documentary about one family's ups and downs with type 1 diabetes.
Watch out for Sweet Dreams for Chiyo next week at the 2018 Diabetes Canada/CSEM Professional Conference, which takes place from October 10-13 in in Halifax, NS.
The doc will be playing continuously in the conference Movie Lounge and copies of the DVD will be on hand for conference delegates to take home!

Join us for a free screening of Sweet Dreams for Chiyo in Toronto at the Hot Docs Cinema!
The documentary will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers Rhiana Ehara and Kazuyoshi Ehara, as well as a panel discussion featuring several guest speakers touching upon different perspectives, from the latest type 1 diabetes research, to managing the disease at school, to the broader issue of raising a child with a disability or chronic disease.
